Returns: We will gladly accept returns within 30 of order date.
DAMAGES:
Damaged or mis-shipped items will be will replaced at no cost to you, we will replace the damaged or missing parts or the enitre unit if needed. Please email [email protected] for customer service.
Buyers remorse: You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us. The item must be in New condition and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund less the original shipping charges upon receiving & inspecting the item. You must email to get return authorization before returning item: [email protected]
Restocking Fees:
Polywood and Uniflame charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items, you are also responsible for return shipping charges. You will receive a refund less original shipping charges and restocking fee upon receiving and instpeting item. Please email for instructions on how to return the item. [email protected]
Not all companies charge restocking fees, please check with us before returning a item.
WARRANTY:
Most items come with the manufacturer warranty, see each item for details.

These items are returns or damages that are in NEW working condition but will have some cosmetic defects. See each item for details... All items come with the original warranty on working parts.
